Oni's Toybox collects no data whatsoever. Nothing is gathered, stored remotely, or shared, ever. It's a kids game, made by a dad. I don't plan to make any money from this.
The app does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or usage data of any kind. It has no accounts, no sign-in, and no user profiles.
The app is built so that it does not have the permission to access the internet, so it is unable to connect to anything at all. If I release an update (new mini-game, better graphics, or something like that), the update will happen through the Google Play Store, not through the app itself. The app uses no data at all.
There are no advertisements, no in-app purchases, no analytics or telemetry, no crash-reporting services, and no third-party software development kits (SDKs) of any kind. This is a simple, self-contained, isolated app made for children, without any revenue intent whatsoever.
Oni's Toybox is designed for young children. Because it collects no data and has no network access, it does not knowingly or unknowingly gather any information from children or anyone else. Children's privacy requirements are met trivially thanks to the fact that no data at all is collected at any point.
Any preferences (such as sound volume) are saved only in local app storage on your own device. This information never leaves the device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address. The app's core promise to collect no data and to require no network access will not change.
